Q&A
A: Great question! There isn't a strict age limit for the Arctic Circle tour, but they recommend it for kids over 10 due to the long hours and potential cold. Just be sure to dress them warmly! Also, check with the tour provider if you're unsure.
A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, the tour guides are pretty flexible. You can usually reschedule for another night without any fees, just make sure to call them ahead of time. They keep an eye on the forecast, so they'll help you find a good time!
A: Definitely dress in layers! It can get really cold, especially at night when you’re out looking for the auroras. A warm jacket, thermal base layers, and good boots are essential. Don't forget gloves and a hat! The vehicle is heated, so you can stay warm while traveling between spots.

Just got back from the Arctic Circle tour in Fairbanks!
I took my partner on the 1 Day Shared Tour Arctic Circle and Aurora Viewing, and wow, what an experience! The guides were super knowledgeable and really did chase the auroras! We got some amazing pictures. Just be prepared for the cold — layers are key! We had to stop a few times for photo ops, and it was so worth it. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to see the Northern Lights!
Considering gifting the Arctic Circle tour for my sister's birthday
I’m thinking about getting this aurora tour for my sister. She’s been wanting to see the Northern Lights forever! I heard the guides do a great job capturing photos. Is it worth it? Also, how's the transportation? I'm worried about getting there and back.
