Q&A
A: Definitely wear comfortable clothing, like yoga pants or breathable shorts, and bring sturdy shoes since you’ll be on some trails! The guides usually recommend layers too because Sedona’s weather can change quickly. Don’t forget a hat and sunscreen if it’s sunny out!
A: Kids are totally welcome! The guides are great with families and typically adjust the pace to match everyone’s ability. Just check in with them beforehand if you have younger kids, so they can tailor the experience a bit. It’s all about connecting with nature together!
A: They usually keep an eye on the weather. If it’s just a bit cloudy, they might still go, but if there’s rain or storms, they’ll reschedule for sure. You can always reach out to them the day before to check in, and they are flexible with rescheduling as needed!

Thinking of gifting the Earthing experience in Sedona — any thoughts?
Hey everyone! I’m looking to gift the 1 Hour Earthing experience to my sister who’s super into yoga and nature. I’ve heard amazing things about Sedona, but I’m nervous about how it all works. What happens during the grounding part? Are the guides friendly? Any tips on what to prepare? Thanks!

I just got back from the Earthing experience in Sedona, and wow! The views were breathtaking. It’s only an hour, but I felt so relaxed afterward. The guides really know their stuff and encourage everyone to just be present. Highly recommend it as a gift, especially for anyone needing a break from city life!
