Q&A
A: Kids can join the tour, but they should be at least 5 years old to enjoy it fully. The guides are great with kids, and I saw a family with young children when I went. Just make sure they can handle the speed of the airboat and wear ear protection, which the tour provides.
A: Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes since it can get bumpy. The airboat ride can splash a bit, so quick-dry fabrics are best. Don’t forget a hat and sunscreen since you’ll be exposed to the sun for an hour. And definitely bring sunglasses!
A: If the weather isn’t great, they usually will contact you the day before to reschedule. You can pick another available date that works for you. They’re pretty flexible about it! Just keep an eye on the forecast and plan accordingly.

Just got back from the Everglades Wildlife Tour - a must-do!
I just went on the 1-hour Everglades Wildlife Tour near Orlando, and it was incredible! The guides were super knowledgeable about the alligators and other wildlife. We saw a few gators sunbathing and even a couple of birds. It was fast-paced, which made it really exciting, and I loved every minute of it. Definitely recommend wearing something comfortable and bringing sunglasses. Anyone else been? What did you think?
Planning to gift the Everglades tour for my parents - any tips?
I’m thinking of getting the Everglades Wildlife Tour as a gift for my folks. They love nature but aren’t super adventurous, so I hope they’ll enjoy this. Does anyone know how long the actual tour is? And are there any age restrictions? I want to make sure they’ll have a great time!
