Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit, but the class is designed for adults and teens. Kids can join if they are comfortable with yoga, but it really depends on their ability to follow along. Just make sure to bring a mat and let the instructor know if you have a younger participant!
A: If it rains, they usually cancel the class and notify you via email. They try to reschedule if possible, so keep an eye on your inbox! Outdoor yoga is super lovely, but safety comes first, especially in inclement weather.
A: Parking can be tricky around Central Park, especially on weekends. There are a few parking garages nearby, but they can be pricey. I’d suggest using public transport if you can—subway stops are close, and it'll save you the hassle of parking!

Just did the yoga class in Central Park—what a vibe!
I went to the one-hour yoga class last weekend and it was amazing! The trees, the sounds of birds, and a gentle breeze made it all so relaxing. Our instructor was super nice and guided us through some great poses. It’s perfect for all levels. I booked it as a surprise for my friend’s birthday, and she loved it too! Just be sure to bring your own mat and some water. Oh, and sunscreen because it can get hot!
Thinking about gifting this yoga experience—anyone tried it?
I’m looking to gift the 1-hour yoga class in Central Park for my sister’s birthday. She’s not super into yoga but loves being outdoors. Is this a good idea? What was your experience like? Any tips on what to wear? I'm a bit worried she might find it hard!
