A: There’s no strict age limit, but the lessons are generally better suited for ages 12 and up. Younger kids can join, but they need to be accompanied by an adult. Just make sure they can swim well enough to be safe!
A: Wear a swimsuit and possibly a rash guard since you'll get wet. Flip-flops or water shoes are fine, but most people go barefoot on the board. Just make sure to bring a towel for after!
