Q&A
A: Yes, kids are welcome on the Na Hoku 3 catamaran sail! There isn't a strict age limit, but it's ideal for families. Just make sure they have a life jacket, which the crew provides. The sail is super fun for kids with the splashy waves and great views!
A: Parking can be a bit tricky at Waikiki. There's metered parking, but it fills up fast. I recommend getting there early or using a nearby parking garage like the one at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. It's only a short walk to the sail departure point!
A: Casual is definitely the way to go! Think shorts, a t-shirt, and maybe a hat or sunglasses to protect against the sun. Flip-flops are perfect too. Just be ready for the wind – it can get breezy on the water, so a light jacket could be helpful as well!

Just did the Na Hoku 3 sail and it was AMAZING!
I took the one-hour sail on the Na Hoku 3 last week while vacationing in Oahu, and wow, it was such a fun experience! The views of Diamond Head from the water were breathtaking. The crew was super friendly, and the complimentary drinks (definitely recommend the Mai Tais) made it even better. My only tip is to get there a bit early to grab a good spot on the catamaran. Can't wait to do it again!
Thinking about gifting the Na Hoku 3 sail!
I’m looking to surprise my best friend with a unique gift, and the Na Hoku 3 catamaran sail looks perfect! I read that it’s fun and casual, which is her vibe. I’m a bit nervous about the weather though; what if it rains? Is there a decent cancellation policy?
