Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the whale watching tour? Is it cold out on the water?

A: Definitely dress in layers! It can get chilly on the water, even in summer. Bring a waterproof jacket and comfortable shoes. Don’t forget your sunglasses and sunscreen too—the reflection off the water can be strong! Also, a hat helps keep the sun off your face.

Q: Is there a minimum age for kids to join the tour?

A: There's no strict age limit, but younger kids should be able to sit still for a couple of hours. It's a great experience for families! Just make sure to keep an eye on them near the edge of the boat, as it can get bumpy.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Do they reschedule or refund?

A: If the weather is too rough, they’ll usually reschedule the tour. They’ll contact you in advance, so no worries about showing up for a canceled trip! Just keep an eye on the weather forecast before your tour date.
