We built the only true 18 wheeler bus in the country. Our bus is as much a story as it is a product. We were a husband and wife team with very few resources but a fun, wild idea. We took a leap of faith hoping that with a little tenacity and courage we could build a truly special wine tour experience in our beloved hometown Temecula. We built out this bus ourselves over 2 years, never fully knowing if in the end we would get something so outrageous through the incredible tangle of regulatory red tape. It was difficult, but we did it. At last. Our vision is that our guests cruise through verdant vineyards with as little separation between themselves and the warm sun, cool air, and sights and smells of the countryside as possible. Glass in hand, we want you to connect with your people. We don't want you to just take photos, we want you to immerse yourself in an experience that stays fixed in your memory bank always. Original or nothing.

Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the 18 Wheeler Wine Tours?

A: Yes, you must be at least 21 years old to participate in the wine tastings. If you're planning to bring someone younger, they can still come along, but they won't be able to taste the wines. Just make sure to let the tour operators know in advance!

Q: What should I wear for the 18 Wheeler Wine Tours? Is it casual or more upscale?

A: The vibe is definitely casual! Most people wear comfy summer outfits like sundresses or shorts and a nice top. Just keep in mind you might be outside a bit, so maybe bring a light jacket if you get cold easily. And of course, comfy shoes are a must since you'll be walking around the vineyards!

Q: How does the rescheduling process work if something comes up?

A: If you need to reschedule, you can reach out to Toasted Tours directly. They’re usually pretty accommodating, but it’s best to give them a call or email at least a few days in advance. They do have a cancellation policy, so check that out on their website just to be sure.

Thinking about gifting the 18 Wheeler Wine Tour - anyone tried it?

I’m considering getting the 18 Wheeler Wine Tour for my partner’s birthday. It sounds super fun, especially with all the tastings included! Just wondering how many wineries they actually take you to? Also, is it beginner-friendly for someone who's new to wine? Any tips would be appreciated!

Just did the 18 Wheeler Wine Tours! So much fun!

I went on the 18 Wheeler Wine Tour last weekend and it was an absolute blast! We had 15 tastings, and the bus itself is super cool. The views of the vineyards were stunning! Highly recommend if you’re in Temecula. Just bring some sunscreen because you spend a lot of time outside. Already planning to go again with friends!
