Q&A
A: There aren't strict age limits, but kids under 8 usually need to be accompanied by an adult in the water. The crew can help with any floatation devices if needed. Just be sure the kids are comfortable in the water and have some snorkeling experience if possible!
A: Parking is pretty straightforward! They validate up to 4 hours, so just make sure to get there a bit early to find a spot. The lot can get full, especially on weekends, so plan ahead. Plus, it’s a nice area to hang out before or after your snorkeling!
A: Light, quick-drying swimwear is best since you might be getting wet. Also, wear a rash guard if you're concerned about sunburn. If it’s a cooler day, maybe a light wetsuit would be good, but they usually provide gear. Don’t forget reef-safe sunscreen!

Just booked the Xpress Snorkel and I can’t wait!
I just bought the 2.5 Hour Xpress Snorkel from Ka’anapali Beach for my brother's birthday. He's obsessed with sea turtles and I know he’ll freak out when he sees them. I mean, seeing colorful coral and all those tropical fish is just a bonus! I’m a bit nervous about the parking situation though. Anyone have tips?
Has anyone tried the snorkel tour at Mala Wharf?
I’m thinking of booking this snorkel trip for our family vacation in Maui. The idea of seeing turtles up close is so exciting! Would love to hear any personal experiences or tips from those who’ve done it. Is it really worth it?
