A: Definitely wear something you don’t mind getting wet! For the Maid of the Mist, they give you ponchos, but it's best to wear quick-dry clothes. As for the Cave of the Winds, wear sturdy shoes since it can be slippery, and maybe bring a towel if you don’t want to soak your clothes.
A: Absolutely! Kids love the Maid of the Mist and the Cave of the Winds. Just make sure she’s tall enough for the ride (she needs to be 40 inches at least). It’s a fun adventure for families and there are plenty of places to take breaks.

I’m gifting this experience to my boyfriend for his birthday! We’re flying into Buffalo in September. I love that it includes the Maid of the Mist and the Cave of the Winds, plus the fireworks on the first night. I can’t wait to explore Buffalo a bit before heading to the Falls.
