Q&A
A: They usually recommend participants be at least 13 years old, but younger climbers may be allowed with a parent or guardian. Just be sure your kiddo is comfortable with heights and ready for a challenge! If you've got younger ones, definitely reach out to Canyon Country Adventures to discuss individual circumstances.
A: Yes, Canyon Country Adventures is pretty flexible! If the weather doesn't cooperate, they will work with you to find another date. Just make sure you reach out as soon as possible to keep your options open. Also, it's a good idea to monitor the forecast leading up to your trip!
A: You'll want to wear comfortable climbing clothes that allow for movement, like breathable shirts and stretchy pants. Don't forget layers, as it can get chilly at night! Sturdy hiking shoes are a must for the approach, but they'll provide climbing shoes too. Pack a light jacket for the evening and maybe a beanie!

Just booked the Castleton Tower climbing adventure - any tips?
I’m so excited! I just booked the overnight climbing and camping adventure at Castleton Tower with Canyon Country Adventures. I've never done anything like this before, but the idea of waking up to sunrise over the La Sal Mountains sounds insane! Any tips from those who have done it? What should I absolutely bring?
What an unforgettable experience at Castleton Tower!
I just came back from the overnight climbing trip at Castleton Tower, and WOW, it was amazing! The climb was challenging (Kor-Ingalls route), but the views from the top were worth every minute. Camping under the stars was the cherry on top! Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a unique adventure. Don’t forget your layers for the night!
