Q&A
A: It's best to wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting wet! Closed-toe shoes like water shoes or sandals with straps are recommended, as flip-flops can slip off easily. Don’t forget sunscreen and a hat, especially during the summer months! The guides will provide all the gear you need, but dressing appropriately will make your experience more enjoyable.
A: Yes! This kayak tour is great for all ages. They generally recommend kids be at least 5 years old, but younger ones can join if they're with an adult. They often split into smaller groups based on age and experience, so everyone can enjoy the adventure without feeling overwhelmed. Just be sure to check their specific guidelines when booking!
A: If the weather isn't cooperating, they will definitely reschedule your tour! Safety is their priority, so if conditions are not safe for kayaking, they’ll be in touch to find a new time that works for you. Just keep an eye on the forecast as your date approaches, and don’t hesitate to reach out to them directly if you have concerns.

Just did the Hilton Head kayak dolphin tour! Wow!
I went on the 2-hour kayak dolphin tour last weekend, and it was absolutely amazing! We saw at least five dolphins swimming right next to us, and the guide was awesome at explaining everything about the local wildlife. The scenery was beautiful, too! Highly recommend it as a gift for any nature lover or family!
Is the kayak tour worth it for my kids?
I’m looking at buying this kayak tour for my kids as a birthday gift. They love dolphins and nature, but not sure if they’ll enjoy kayaking or if it’ll be too much for them. Has anyone done this with younger kids? What do you think?
