Q&A

Q: What happens if the weather is bad and we can't go kayaking?

A: If the weather's really bad, they'll usually contact you to reschedule. Just make sure to check their cancellation policy when you book. They want you to have a good time, so they’re pretty flexible with rescheduling because safety comes first!

Q: Is this suitable for kids? What age range do you think would enjoy it?

A: Absolutely! Kids can definitely join in as long as they can handle a paddle and wear a life jacket. It’s super fun for families. I took my 8-year-old, and she loved exploring the mangroves. Just keep an eye on them since you're out on the water!

Q: How do I get to the launch site? Is parking easy?

A: Getting to the launch site is super easy! It’s right off the main road. Parking can be a bit tricky since it gets crowded, but there’s usually some available nearby. Just give yourself a little extra time to find a spot, especially on weekends!

Just booked the Key West Kayak Rental! Any tips?

I just booked the 2-hour kayak rental for next weekend, and I’m super excited! I’ve never kayaked before, but the idea of paddling through the mangroves sounds amazing. What should I wear? Also, should I bring snacks or anything? Any must-see spots while out there?

Amazing Experience! Key West Kayaking is a Must-Do!

I just got back from my kayaking adventure, and wow! The mangroves were so peaceful, and we saw a ton of wildlife—like herons and even some baby dolphins! It was nice not having a guided tour; we could go at our own pace. Totally worth the price, and I’m already planning to do it again!
