Q&A
A: There aren’t any strict age restrictions for Chef Maggie's class, but it's really designed for adults and older teens. Kids might get bored, and it’s more hands-on than just watching. If you're bringing younger ones, just keep in mind that they might need a bit of help with the techniques. Otherwise, it's a fun experience for anyone who loves cooking!
A: Definitely wear something you don’t mind getting a little flour on! An apron is provided, but pasta-making can get messy with all the rolling and kneading. I wore a t-shirt and jeans—super comfy and easy to clean. Just be prepared to have some fun and get your hands a bit dirty!
A: Rescheduling is pretty flexible! Just reach out to Classpop! via their customer service, and they’ll help you find another date. Keep in mind that it’s usually best to do it at least 48 hours in advance. They’re really accommodating, so don’t stress too much!

Just took the pasta making class with Chef Maggie - amazing experience!
I just got back from the 2-hour pasta making class in Sacramento, and wow, it was fantastic! Chef Maggie was super chill and made everything easy to follow. We made pappardelle and ravioli stuffed with a delicious herb-infused ricotta and tofu blend. The aglio e olio sauce we whipped up was a hit. Perfect for a date night or just to learn something new. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out!
Considering gifting this pasta class - any thoughts?
I’m thinking of getting the 2-hour pasta making class for my sister’s birthday. She loves cooking but has never made pasta from scratch. Is it really beginner-friendly? Also, what’s the atmosphere like at the brewery? Would appreciate any insights!
