Q&A

Q: What's the maximum number of people we can bring on the boat trip?

A: You can bring up to 14 passengers on the boat! It's a perfect size for families or a group of friends. Just keep in mind the boat is 25ft long, so if you're tight on space, consider how everyone will fit with any gear you might bring.

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather doesn't cooperate?

A: Yes, you can absolutely reschedule! Island Head is pretty good about working with you if the weather isn’t ideal. Just make sure to give them a call at least 24 hours in advance. They want everyone to have a great experience.

Q: What's the best attire for this boat experience?

A: Definitely wear something comfortable! Shorts and a swimsuit are great since you might want to jump in the water. Also, don’t forget sunscreen and maybe a light jacket if you’re sensitive to wind. Flip-flops or sandals are also a good idea.

Hey everyone! I just got the 2 Hour Private Charter with Island Head for my family’s trip to Hilton Head. We’re a group of 10, and I’m super excited to explore the waterways! Any tips on what to bring or how to make the most of it? I want to make sure everyone has a blast!

Anyone done the charter lately? What’s it like?

I’m thinking of gifting the 2 Hour Private Charter to my best friend for her birthday. I’ve never done it myself but it sounds amazing! What was your experience like? Any cool spots along the waterways we should know about?
