Q&A

Q: Is there a weight limit for the dolphin cruise?

A: There's no specific weight limit mentioned, but keep in mind the boat can only hold up to 6 people total. It’s best to check with Jolly Sailing directly if you have any concerns about space. They’re really responsive and can give you the most accurate info.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the cruise?

A: If the weather isn’t looking good, the cruise can be canceled for safety reasons. They try to let you know in advance, but sometimes it’s last minute. If that happens, you can usually reschedule for another day or request a refund. Just keep an eye on your email!

Q: What should I wear on the dolphin cruise?

A: I recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a bit wet. Sunscreen is a must, since you’ll be out in the sun for a while. Also, flip-flops or water shoes work best! Bring a light jacket if you think it might get breezy.

Just booked a private dolphin cruise in Pensacola! Any tips?

I’m so excited! I surprised my family with a private dolphin cruise with Jolly Sailing. It’s for 6 of us and we get to see dolphins and other marine life in Pensacola Bay. I can’t wait for the views! Has anyone done this before? What should I be prepared for?

Thinking of gifting a dolphin cruise, but worried about my kids!

I want to get my sister a dolphin cruise experience for her family, but her kids are pretty young (3 and 5). Is it safe for kids that age? Do they need to wear life jackets the whole time?
