Thinking about booking a private surf lesson at Goofy Foot for my partner's birthday!

I’m really considering this private surf lesson experience in Lahaina! I heard from a friend who went that the instructors at Goofy Foot are super chill and make it easy for beginners. My partner has never surfed before, so I’m excited but also nervous. Does anyone have tips on what to do or expect?

Anyone else taken the surf lessons in Lahaina? What was your experience?

I just got back from Maui where I did a private surf lesson at Goofy Foot Surf School. Honestly, it was the best experience! The guys there are super chill, and I was on my board catching waves pretty quick. It’s a bit pricey, but so worth it for the vibes and the fun. Any other tips for what to do afterward?
