Dive Lanai’s famous caverns, lava shoots, swim throughs, and arches on Maui's most popular 2 Tank boat dive. Ancient lava flows have created a stunning underwater landscape on the neighboring island of Lanai. We love the underwater topography of caverns, lava shoots, swim throughs, and arches and you will too. Your experienced captain will determine the days sites based on conditions but you can expect to dive Lanai’s famous Cathedrals along with other locations. Our group sizes are small with 14 or less divers and you will receive special attention from your instructors who will guide you on 2 exceptional dives and answer all of your questions about the marine life. Our custom built boat, Hoku is the fastest and most comfortable boat that crosses the channel. Dolphins and whales are frequent visitors and we always stop when they say hi. Divers must be Certified (Open Water +)

Q: What's the cancellation policy if the weather turns bad?

A: If the weather is unsafe for diving, Dive Maui will typically reach out to you the day before or the morning of the dive to reschedule. They try to be flexible and will help you find another date that works. Don’t worry too much, they’re pros at keeping everyone safe!

Q: Is there an age limit for this dive experience?

A: Yes, divers need to be at least 12 years old and must be certified. It's a great experience for teens who are certified! If you're buying for someone younger than that, you might want to look for a snorkeling experience instead.

Q: What should I wear for the dive? Is there anything specific?

A: You’ll want to wear your swimsuit under a wetsuit. The rental wetsuits are usually included if you need one. Also, don’t forget a rash guard if you're prone to getting chilly or sunburned. Water shoes or sandals are nice for the boat too!
