I’m looking to surprise my brother with something awesome, and I came across this surf camp in Kihei. It sounds perfect since he loves the ocean and has never surfed before! I just want to make sure it’s beginner-friendly since he’s a total newbie. Has anyone done this camp? How was the experience? Also, how did the instructors handle different skill levels?

Just got back from the 3-day surf camp at Maui!

Wow, what an experience! We had the best time learning to surf at Kalama Park. The instructors were so chill and friendly. Everything was included, and they made sure we all got the hang of it by the end of the camp. Plus, the beach is stunning! Highly recommend it as a gift or just for yourself. Can’t wait to go back!
