Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit for the boat ride at Niagara Falls, but kids must be at least 4 years old to take part. They do provide life jackets for younger guests. Just make sure the kids are comfortable with being on a boat, especially since it gets a bit wet from the falls!
A: Dress in layers! The boat ride can get chilly, so a light jacket is a good idea. Also, wear comfortable shoes for all the walking you'll do in the parks. I wore sneakers and was super glad I did. And don’t forget a waterproof bag for your phone and camera!
A: The best way to get to the departure point is by subway or rideshare. The meeting point is usually in Midtown, which is easily accessible via the 1, 2, or 3 trains. If you're driving, there are parking garages nearby, but they can get pricey. Arrive early to find a spot!

Just got back from the Niagara Falls tour! Here’s my take!
I just came back from the 3-day Niagara Falls & 1000 Islands cruise tour, and it was AMAZING! The boat ride was the highlight for me – getting so close to the falls is something I'll never forget. The nighttime fireworks just blew me away! Our hotel was comfy, and breakfast was included, which was a nice touch. If you're considering this as a gift, definitely go for it. Perfect for families or friends who love nature!
Thinking of gifting the Niagara Falls tour – any advice?
I’m looking to gift the Niagara Falls & 1000 Islands cruise to my parents for their anniversary. They love nature but they’ve never been on a multi-day tour before. I’m wondering if it’s a good fit for them? Any thoughts or experiences would be super helpful!
