Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, and kids are definitely welcome! Captain Chuck is really great with families and can help make the trip fun for all ages. Just make sure to bring life jackets for the little ones. Also, keep an eye out for the weather since younger kids might need more shade and breaks from the sun.
A: Yes, rescheduling is pretty straightforward! Just reach out to Destin Bay Hopper, and they’ll work with you to find another date that works. Weather can be unpredictable, especially in Florida, so it’s good to have a backup plan. Just make sure to give them a heads up as soon as possible.
A: Getting to the East Dock is pretty easy! There’s a parking lot nearby, but it can fill up fast during peak hours. I recommend arriving a little early to snag a spot. If the lot is full, there are some nearby street options, but just watch the signs for any restrictions. Captain Chuck usually waits a bit if you're running late, so don’t stress too much!

Just booked the Crab Island Excursion! Any tips?
I just booked the 3 Hour Crab Island Excursion on the Hopper for this Saturday! Super excited since I’ve heard so many great things about Captain Chuck and the spot looks amazing. We’re bringing our own snacks and drinks. What should we expect when we get there? Any must-know tips? I’ve got a mixed group, including some first-timers!
Our Crab Island adventure was EPIC!
Just got back from the 3 Hour Crab Island excursion and wow, it exceeded all expectations! We had a group of six and the boat felt super spacious. Captain Chuck let us choose our spot and we had plenty of fun with the water toys. The lily pad was a major hit! Definitely plan on doing this again!
