Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this wildlife safari cruise?

A: There’s no specific age limit! Kids are welcome, but keep in mind the cruise can last for three hours. It’s a relaxing experience, so if your little ones can handle that, they'll have a blast. Just make sure they’re supervised and have life jackets on. The crew is great with kids, too!

Q: What do you wear for the boat cruise? Is it okay if it rains?

A: Wear light, breathable clothing and a hat! It can get sunny out there. They do have a cover on the boat, so a little rain shouldn't ruin your day, but bringing a light rain jacket wouldn’t hurt just in case. Don't forget sunscreen even if it's cloudy!

Q: Is parking easy to find near the launch point?

A: Yeah, parking is pretty straightforward! There’s a lot right near the launch point, and it’s not usually crowded. Just make sure to arrive a little early to find a spot and walk to the dock. Plus, the area around Crystal River is really nice to explore if you have time before or after the cruise!

Just did the Crystal River wildlife safari and WOW!

I recently booked the 3-hour See Crystal River Wildlife Safari for my family, and it was such a fantastic experience! We saw manatees up close, tons of beautiful birds, and even a dolphin! The guide was super knowledgeable and made it so much fun. The boat was comfortable, and I loved how small the group was—only 6 people total. Perfect for chilling out and enjoying nature.

Thinking of gifting the wildlife safari cruise—thoughts?

I'm considering this for my brother's birthday. He loves nature and wildlife photography, and I think this would be a perfect fit. Has anyone done this cruise? Any tips or recommendations? I'm curious about the best time to go and what to bring!
