Q&A

Q: Can kids go on the airboat ride, and is there an age limit?

A: Yes! Kids can definitely join the airboat ride, and there isn’t a strict age limit. Just keep in mind that children under 6 must wear a life jacket, which they provide for you. It’s a super fun family activity, just make sure your little ones can sit still for a bit since the ride lasts about 30 minutes!

Q: What should I wear for the airboat ride?

A: Wear something comfortable and casual! A t-shirt and shorts work great, but definitely bring a light jacket or poncho if rain is in the forecast since it can get wet. Also, don’t forget sunglasses and sunscreen – you’ll be out in the sun for a bit while waiting and on the water!

Q: Is there parking available and how's the logistics getting there?

A: Yes, there’s ample parking at the airboat park! It’s a pretty straightforward drive from Orlando and they have a big parking lot for guests. Just keep in mind that it can get busy on weekends, so try to arrive a bit early to find a spot without hassle. You’ll also need to check in at the guest services to get your boat time!

Airboat Ride Near Orlando - A Thrilling Adventure!

Just got back from the 30-minute airboat ride at Boggy Creek and wow, what a blast! It's so cool to zoom over the water and see the gators up close. The park is really beautiful too – we spent some time in the Butterfly Garden and it’s a nice touch. My kids loved it and the BBQ afterward at Boggy Bottoms was the cherry on top! Definitely considering this as a gift for my brother's family.

Thinking of Gifting the Airboat Ride Experience

I want to get this airboat ride for my parents' anniversary. They love nature and wildlife. Has anyone done this? What did you think? Any tips for gifting this? I want it to be special!
