Q&A
A: Yes, you can reschedule your tickets if the weather is bad! Just make sure to contact their customer service in advance. They’re pretty accommodating about it. Just keep an eye on the weather forecast before your visit!
A: There’s no strict dress code, but I'd recommend wearing something comfortable since you’ll be walking around quite a bit. Layer up, as it can get windy at the top! If you’re going for the Sip and View experience, maybe dress a bit nicer for the CloudBar!
A: Totally worth it! The Sip and View ticket includes one drink at the CloudBar, which has great views. You get to enjoy a beer, wine, or cocktail while taking in the scenery. Just keep in mind that you can upgrade to the Elevated Menu for a little extra if you want something fancier!

Thinking of gifting the 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck experience!
Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting the 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck tickets for my parents' anniversary. They love city views and I think the Sip and View option would be a hit! Just wanted to know if anyone has tried the TILT ride there? Is it as scary as it sounds? Also, how's the parking situation near Michigan Avenue?
What to expect at the 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck?
I just went to the 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck last weekend. The views were just breathtaking, especially at sunset! The CloudBar is a nice touch too. I got the Sip and View tickets and ended up trying their cocktails. Perfect way to enjoy the skyline! If you're thinking about it, I definitely recommend bringing your camera!
