Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but I'd recommend it for kids 8 and up. The crew is great with kids, and they’ll help them reel in fish! Just make sure they're ready for a few hours on a boat, as it can get a bit rocky sometimes. Also, it’s a good idea to bring some snacks and maybe a tablet for when they get bored in between catches.
A: Dress in layers! Mornings can be a bit chilly on the water, but it warms up pretty quickly. I’d suggest light, breathable clothes, and definitely don’t forget the sunscreen. Also, wear non-slip shoes; the boat can get slippery. A hat and polarized sunglasses will help you see fish better and protect you from the sun.
A: If the weather's bad, the crew will contact you to reschedule. They’re really flexible with finding a new date that works for you. Just make sure to check your email and phone so you don’t miss any messages. Their customer service is pretty solid and they want to make sure you have a good experience!

Thinking about gifting the deep sea fishing charter - any tips?
I’m thinking of getting the 4-hour deep sea fishing charter on the Lady Helen for my brother’s birthday. He loves fishing but has never done deep sea before. I’m curious if it’s beginner-friendly and if the crew is chill. Also, what kind of fish can you actually catch? Any advice would be appreciated!
Just got back from the Lady Helen trip - it was epic!
Wow, I just did the 4-hour deep sea fishing charter with my buddies and it was phenomenal! The crew on the Lady Helen was awesome and super helpful. We caught 3 blackfin tunas and a sailfish! The views were amazing too. Highly recommend if you’re in Fort Lauderdale and love fishing!
