Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the Kice Island Shelling Trip?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but it's best for kids 6 and up who can enjoy shelling and the boat ride. Younger kids might get restless. They do provide life jackets, but just keep an eye on the little ones. Overall, it's a fun experience for families!

Q: What should I wear for the shelling trip? Is it sandy?

A: Definitely wear comfy clothes and flip flops or water shoes. You might get sandy, so don’t wear anything too fancy. Also, a hat and sunscreen are must-haves since you'll be out in the sun. The boat's shaded but still, be prepared!

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather is bad?

A: Yes, they allow rescheduling in case of bad weather! Just make sure to call them at least a day in advance. They’re pretty flexible and want you to have a great time. We had to switch our date last minute, and it was no problem at all!

Just got back from the Kice Island Shelling Trip—so worth it!

I took the Kice Island Shelling Trip last weekend, and it was amazing! We left from Goodland Boat Park and headed out to these secluded beaches. The guides were super knowledgeable, and I learned a ton about the shells! Plus, there were complimentary shelling bags and plenty of water. If you love beachcombing, you gotta try this. It’s a little slice of paradise! The price is unbeatable, too!

Thinking of gifting the Kice Island Shelling Trip!

I'm considering this for my mom’s birthday. She loves the beach and shelling! Just wondering if there's enough space on the boat for her and her friend. Anyone experienced it? How did you like it?
