Q&A
A: The charter can hold up to 6 passengers, so you can definitely join them! It's a great way to bond and share the experience, plus you might all catch something incredible. Just make sure to coordinate with the gift recipient to see who else wants to come!
A: Casual clothes are perfect! Just make sure to wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting wet. A hat and sunscreen are also a must since you’ll be out in the sun for a while. Some people like to bring a light jacket in case it gets breezy on the water.
A: If the weather is bad, they will definitely reschedule you! Safety is their priority, so you won’t go out in dangerous conditions. You can contact them to find a new date that works for both of you. Just make sure to check the cancellation policy before booking!

Thinking of gifting the sunset fishing charter – any tips?
I’m looking to buy the 4 Hour Private Sunset Fishing Charter for my boyfriend’s birthday. He loves fishing and I think this would be an epic experience in Kona! How does the booking process work, and do you really get to catch big fish out there? Would love to hear from anyone who’s done this!
Anyone been on the sunset fishing charter? How was it?
I went on the 4 Hour Private Sunset Fishing Charter last month and it was amazing! The sunset views were stunning. We trolled for Yellowfin Tuna and caught a couple of good ones! The boat was really nice too. Just a heads up, bring snacks because you might get hungry out there!
