Q&A
A: Yes! Kids are welcome on the boat, but it’s a good idea to check with the captain about their comfort level with watersports. Generally, they recommend kids be at least 8 years old for wakesurfing. Also, everyone must wear a life jacket, which they provide. Just let them know ahead of time how many you’re bringing.
A: Definitely wear a swimsuit and a rash guard if you have one! It gets chilly out on the water, so maybe bring a light jacket for when you're cruising. Also, don’t forget sunglasses and sunscreen—it's easy to get burnt out there. Flip flops or water shoes are great, too!
A: Yes, they have a flexible cancellation policy. If the weather is bad, usually the captain will reach out to reschedule. It’s better to call them directly if you feel like conditions might not be safe. They really care about your safety and want to make sure you have the best experience possible.

Just booked the 4-hour private wakesurfing charter at Lake Tahoe!
I’m so excited! I booked this experience for my boyfriend’s birthday next month. We’re both total newbies at wakesurfing but the idea of cruising around Lake Tahoe and maybe hitting Emerald Bay is just too good to pass up! I hope it goes smoothly. Any tips for first-timers?
Got back from wakesurfing at Lake Tahoe – it was epic!
Just came back from the wakesurfing experience and wow, it exceeded all my expectations! The boat was super nice, and we cruised to Emerald Bay. The views of Vikingsholm Castle were stunning. I even managed to get up on the wakesurf board—definitely a learning curve but so worth it! If you're considering this, just do it. You won't regret it!
