A: There isn't a strict age limit, but riders should be at least 12 years old to handle the bikes safely. If they're younger, we recommend they ride with an adult. Just make sure they're comfortable on a bike before hitting those trails!
A: Wear comfortable athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes. I'd suggest moisture-wicking fabric since it can get pretty hot in Orlando. Don't forget sunscreen and maybe some gloves if you're prone to blisters!
