Q&A

Q: How close do you actually get to the wildlife on this tour?

A: You actually get pretty close! The boats are designed for stability and speed, so you can approach the wildlife without disturbing them too much. On my tour, we were literally within a few yards of a pod of orcas. Just remember to bring your camera because the views are breathtaking!

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: There's no strict age limit, but I’d recommend this for kids who are at least 5 years old. They should be able to sit still and enjoy the ride. My 8-year-old had a blast seeing all the wildlife and loved the spacious deck to run around on between stops!

Q: What happens if the weather's bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather's really bad, they will definitely work with you to reschedule. Just give them a call before your trip. I had to move mine due to rain, and they were super accommodating. Just keep an eye on the forecast to be safe!

Just did the Resurrection Bay Tour—SO worth it!

I just got back from the 4-hour Resurrection Bay sightseeing tour and wow, what an experience! We sailed on the Legend and saw a bunch of sea otters and even got lucky with a couple of humpback whales! The boat was super nice, and since it was just our group, it felt so personal. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a group activity or a family outing. Just don’t forget your camera!

Thinking of gifting the Resurrection Bay tour for my sister's birthday!

I’m considering this private tour as a birthday gift for my sister and her friends. They love nature and I think they'd have a blast! Does anyone know if it’s easy to find parking near the marina? I don’t want them to stress about that before the trip.
