Q&A

Q: What should we wear for the winter tour? Is it super cold?

A: Layering is key for the winter tour! It can get pretty chilly, especially in the morning. I'd recommend wearing thermal layers, a good jacket, gloves, and a warm hat. Don't forget sturdy boots because you might be walking in snow. The guides are great and can give tips on what’s best too.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids? My daughter is 7 and loves nature!

A: There’s no strict age limit, and kids usually love it! The tour is family-friendly and the guides are great with kids, especially since they're ex-rangers. Just check that she’s comfortable with some walking in the snow. They can tailor the tour to fit younger kids.

Q: What if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule if the weather is bad! Keifer's is really good about working with you on this. Just keep an eye on the forecast and reach out if you need to change your date. They want everyone to have a great experience.

Just did the Sequoia Winter Tour and I'm in awe! 🌲❄️

I went on the 5-Star Rated Sequoia Winter Tour last weekend, and OMG it was stunning! The General Grant Tree covered in snow looked magical. Our guide was super knowledgeable and shared so many cool facts about the trees and the park. The SUV was really comfortable too! Just make sure to dress warmly, it was chilly at first but so worth it. Anyone else experienced this? Would love to hear more stories!

Thinking of gifting the Sequoia Winter Tour! Advice?

I'm considering this tour as a gift for my parents. They've always wanted to see the giant sequoias, and I think the winter tour would be so special. Anyone have tips or thoughts on the experience? How was it for you? Would it be a good fit for a couple in their sixties?
