My breezy two-hour walking tour takes you on a film & fiction adventure in Manhattan's historic Carnegie Hill neighborhood along "Museum Mile." The walking tour meets on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum (82nd and 5th Avenue, and ends at the Guggenheim Museum (88th & 5th Avenue). We'll visit Manhattan’s Central Park, see the impressive Andrew Carnegie Mansion (a.k.a. The Cooper Hewitt Museum of Design), see the 5th Avenue mansion where Lady Gaga attended high school, and dig the French Gothic Chateau style of The Jewish Museum while checking out tons of filming locations and celebrity homes.

Q: What's the age range for this walking tour? Would it be good for my kids?

A: The walking tour is great for families! There isn't a strict age limit, but kids around 10 and up usually enjoy it the most since they can appreciate the history and film references. Just keep in mind that the tour lasts about two hours, and it includes a fair amount of walking, so make sure they can keep up. It’s a fun way to explore while learning!
