Q&A
A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can usually reschedule your trip with enough notice. Bindlestiff Tours is pretty flexible, but I’d recommend checking directly with them for specific policies. On our trip, we had to adjust a couple of activities due to rain, but they offered great alternatives!
A: The hiking is mostly moderate, with a few challenging trails depending on the specific itinerary. Most people in our group, regardless of skill level, managed just fine. Just make sure you wear good shoes and bring water! It's so worth it for the views.
A: There isn’t a strict age limit, but it’s generally better for those who are fit and able to handle some physical activity. My parents (in their late 60s) did great on the tour, but they’re active hikers. Just check with them to see if they feel comfortable with the hiking and other activities.

Thinking about this 7-day tour in the Rockies, any tips?
I’m considering getting this Canadian Rockies tour for my adventurous friend. They love nature and hiking, but I'm a bit worried about the camping part. How's the experience? Is it worth the price? It’s listed at $0 but I know there’s food costs. Any must-do activities?
Just got back from the Rockies tour, it was amazing!
Wow! Just finished the 7-day small group tour and I can't recommend it enough. The landscapes are unreal! We saw elk, went canoeing, and the glacier was mind-blowing. The camping was super fun, but I’d suggest bringing a good sleeping bag! Also, our tour guide was fantastic and knew all the hidden spots.
