Q&A

Q: Can you reschedule the tour if something comes up?

A: Yes, you can usually reschedule the tour but it's best to do it at least 24 hours in advance. Just reach out to City Wonders USA, and they’re really accommodating. They understand that plans can change!

Q: Is there an age limit for this experience?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but younger kids might not fully grasp the emotional weight of the tour. It’s really designed for teens and adults. Just keep in mind, if you bring younger ones, it could be heavy for them.

Q: What should I wear for the tour? Is it outdoors?

A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes since there’s a fair amount of walking involved. The tour starts at St. Paul’s Chapel and moves around outdoors, but you’ll also go indoors to the museum if you choose that option. Dress for the weather!

Just did the 9/11 Memorial Tour - it was incredibly moving!

I recently went on the 9/11 Memorial & Ground Zero Tour with my family and it was one of the most emotional experiences we've ever had. Our guide was super knowledgeable and shared some really touching stories. Standing by the Reflecting Pools was surreal, you could really feel the weight of history there. For anyone considering it, I highly recommend adding the museum admission; the artifacts are so powerful!

Considering this tour as a gift, but unsure if it's appropriate.

So I’m thinking of gifting this 9/11 Memorial Tour to my uncle, who’s always had a deep connection to the events of 9/11. But I'm worried it might be too emotional for him. Has anyone been on the tour? What was it like? Did it feel overwhelming?
