Q&A

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for this snorkeling experience?

A: Yes, children need to be at least 8 years old to participate in the snorkeling. They also need to be able to swim on their own, which is super important for safety. If your kids meet those criteria, they'll absolutely love swimming with the turtles and fish!

Q: What should I wear for the snorkeling tour?

A: Wear a swimsuit and bring a cover-up, flip-flops, and a hat! They'll provide all the snorkel gear and life vests, so just be comfy and ready for the water. Don’t forget to apply waterproof sunscreen, especially with all that sun in Oahu!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Do they cancel or reschedule?

A: If the weather isn't safe for snorkeling, they will cancel and offer to reschedule or give you a full refund. It's always good to check the forecast a day or two before, but they’re pretty good about making calls to ensure everyone’s safety.

Just did the Turtle Canyon Snorkel—unbelievable experience!

I went on the 90 Minute Waikiki Turtle Canyon Snorkel last week, and it was epic! The turtles were everywhere! The water was super clear, and I saw so many fish and even an octopus! The free drinks after were a nice touch too! I highly recommend this for anyone visiting Oahu—just make sure you can swim well. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Thinking of gifting this experience—any tips?

I’m considering buying the Turtle Canyon Snorkel for my partner’s birthday. I’ve heard great things, but I wanna make sure it’s worth it. Any tips on booking or what to expect? Also, how’s the crowd during peak season?
