Hosting in my home allows me to share not only recipes, but also the stories and hospitality. I offer small-group, hands-on cooking classes hosted in my home kitchen. I have years of personal experience cooking traditional Southwestern Spanish home-style dishes, especially green chile–based recipes. I have entered several chili cooking-off competitions and have won first-place awards and overall crowd favorite. My expertise comes from generations of family recipes and hands-on practice, family-style cooking, and hosting others in my home. I focus on practical techniques, safe food handling, and clear instruction so guests of all skill levels can confidently recreate the dish at home. I have years of experience preparing traditional dishes, especially pork green chile. My home is a comfortable, clean, and welcoming private residence with a well-equipped kitchen designed for small-group cooking. The kitchen has ample counter space, seating, and suitable for hands-on instruction.

Thinking about gifting the Green Chile Cooking Class!

I’m considering this cooking class as a gift for my partner who loves Southwestern food. Debra’s got such great reviews, and the hands-on aspect sounds perfect! I’m curious if anyone has experience with the Pork Green Chile recipe specifically. How was it? Did it taste as good as promised? Would love to hear about your experiences!

Just did the Southwest Green Chile Experience - Amazing!

I took the class last weekend and wow, it exceeded my expectations! Debra is such a warm host and the recipes are family treasures. We made a killer Pork Green Chile and the best part was sitting down to eat what we cooked together. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and I learned so much. Highly recommend as a unique experience!
