Q&A

Q: Are there age limits for the activities at Active Arena?

A: There's no strict age limit, but kids should be at least 6 years old to fully enjoy most activities. The skiing simulator and paragliding simulator are great for older kids and adults, but the robot goalie challenge is fun for all ages! Just check with the staff if you have younger kids with you – they’re super accommodating.

Q: What should I wear for the indoor games? Is there a dress code?

A: There's no strict dress code, but I'd recommend wearing comfortable athletic wear and sneakers. You’ll be moving around a lot, so avoid flip-flops or sandals. Some people even bring a change of clothes if they're planning to hit the simulators hard!

Q: Is it possible to reschedule the booking if plans change?

A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule! They allow you to change your booking up to 48 hours in advance. Just give them a call or email, and they’ll help you pick a new time. It’s super flexible, which is great!

Thinking about gifting the Active Arena experience! Worth it?

Hey everyone! I’m considering getting tickets for my brother's birthday to Active Arena in Dallas since he loves trying new things. The skiing and paragliding simulators sound super cool, plus there’s that robot goalie challenge! I'm just worried if it’s really fun for adults or if it’s more for kids? Experiences from anyone who’s been would be awesome!

Just got back from Active Arena! So much fun!

I took my kids to Active Arena last weekend, and we had the best time! The unlimited play is a game-changer. The skiing simulator was surprisingly realistic, and my son loved the robot goalie challenge. We spent almost the whole time just trying to beat each other's scores! Highly recommend for families looking for something different in Dallas.
