Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for the Adults-Only True Crime tour?

A: The tour is strictly for adults 18 and over, since it covers some pretty dark and mature themes related to true crime and the underbelly of New Orleans. So make sure your gift recipient is of age before purchasing! Also, it’s good to check their ID at the start.

Q: How long is the tour and what should we wear?

A: The duration varies, but you can expect it to last around 2-3 hours. As for what to wear, comfy shoes are a must since it's a walking tour! New Orleans can be humid, so light clothing is recommended, and maybe bring a light jacket for later in the evening.

Q: What happens if it rains? Do they cancel the tour?

A: The tour goes on rain or shine, but if there's severe weather, they might cancel. In case of bad weather, they usually reach out to you ahead of time to reschedule. Just be prepared for some rain if it’s a light drizzle.

Just booked the Adults-Only True Crime tour for my partner’s birthday!

I can't wait! We both love true crime, and this seems like a unique way to explore the darker sides of New Orleans. I heard it starts at the Old U.S. Mint and gets into some wild stories about Bloody O'Reilly and Crowley. Plus, it’s adults-only, so it feels really special. Has anyone else done this tour? Any tips?

Is the Adults-Only True Crime tour worth it?

Thinking about gifting this experience to my friend who’s obsessed with dark history. I saw that it’s led by a licensed guide and covers some crazy stories. Does anyone know if it’s good for people who aren’t super into walking? Just trying to gauge if it’ll be a hit or miss.
