Q&A

Q: Is there a specific dress code for the African American Heritage Night tour?

A: There's no strict dress code, but I’d recommend wearing comfortable shoes since you'll be walking around DC. The weather can be warm even in the evenings, so lightweight clothing is a good idea. Just keep it casual and fun; you want to enjoy the tour and dinner at Oohhs and Aaahhs!

Q: What if we need to reschedule our tour? Is that possible?

A: Yes, KB Tours allows rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice. Just contact them directly through their website or phone. They'll work with you to find another date that fits your schedule.

Q: Who would you recommend this tour for? Is it kid-friendly?

A: This tour is great for anyone interested in history and culture! It’s suitable for teens and adults, but younger kids might not fully appreciate it. If you have teenagers who are into history, they would probably love it! Plus, it's a fun way to experience DC at night while learning something new.

Just did the African American Heritage Night tour! Amazing experience!

I went on the African American Heritage Night tour last weekend, and it was incredible! Our guide shared so many interesting stories about the history of African Americans in DC. Walking through the lit-up streets at night made it all feel special. We ended with dinner at Oohhs and Aaahhs, and let me tell you, the food was DELICIOUS! The $25 menu was totally filling. Highly recommend it as a gift for anyone who loves history or good food!

Considering the African American Heritage Night tour as a gift

Thinking about getting the African American Heritage Night tour for my parents' anniversary. They love learning about history, but I’m a bit worried they might find it too long. How many hours is the tour? Also, is it really as good as it sounds?
