Q&A

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for this tour?

A: Yes, the tour is generally suitable for all ages, but it's best for kids 5 and older since the hikes can be a bit challenging for younger ones. Just keep in mind that younger kids might get tired quickly on the trails. If you're bringing little ones, make sure they’re comfortable walking short distances!

Q: What should I wear for this tour? Is it outdoorsy?

A: Definitely dress in layers! The weather can change pretty quickly in Oregon. I'd suggest comfy hiking shoes since there are some short walks to the viewpoints. A light rain jacket is also a good idea—just in case! Oh, and don’t forget your camera; the views are stunning!

Q: How's the parking situation at the hotels for the tour?

A: Parking at the pickup locations is usually pretty straightforward. Most downtown hotels provide parking for guests, and some even offer free parking. If you're staying somewhere else, consider parking in a nearby garage. Just give yourself a little extra time to find a spot before the tour starts!

Just got back from the Half-Day Tour to Multnomah Falls!

I went on this tour last weekend, and it was absolutely breathtaking! Multnomah Falls was so much bigger than I expected. The guide was super knowledgeable too! We stopped at Bridal Veil Falls and Crown Point, and the views from Vista House were unreal. It was so nice not having to worry about driving. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Portland! Just a heads up, though, bring a light jacket—got a bit chilly up there!

Considering the Multnomah Falls Tour as a gift for my parents

I’m thinking about gifting this tour to my parents for their anniversary. They love nature but aren't super into intense hikes. Does anyone know if the walks are manageable? Also, what’s the best time of year to do it? Thanks in advance!
