Q&A

Q: Is it easy to find the shuttle when we arrive at HNL?

A: Yes, it's pretty straightforward! Once you land at HNL, follow the signs for 'Shared Ride Services' in the baggage claim area. The Fly Shuttle & Tours staff is usually waiting by the designated area with signs. Just look for their logo and you should be good to go! The shuttle should be ready to take you to Waikiki fairly quickly, but do give yourself some time in case of any delays.

Q: What if my flight gets delayed? Can I reschedule?

A: If your flight is delayed, most companies are pretty accommodating. You should call Fly Shuttle & Tours directly as soon as you know about the delay. They typically allow you to reschedule without any extra fees, especially since it's a shared ride. Just make sure you keep all your travel details handy when you call!

Q: Are car seats provided for infants, or do we have to bring our own?

A: Car seats aren’t provided, so you'll need to bring your own if you want one for your infant. It's recommended, but if your baby is under 2 and can be held, you can skip it. Just keep in mind that if your baby ends up needing a seat, you'll have to pay the adult fare. Better to check ahead if you’re unsure!

Thinking of getting the airport shuttle from HNL to Waikiki as a gift!

Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting this airport shuttle experience for my sister who’s visiting Oahu. It seems like a nice way to make her arrival smoother, especially since she’s traveling with her little one. Does anyone know how long the ride usually takes? And are there any good tips for a first-time user?

Just did the airport shuttle and it was awesome!

I used the Fly Shuttle from HNL to Waikiki last week, and honestly, it was such a breeze! The staff were super friendly, and the shuttle was clean and comfortable. I was worried about my infant, but holding them was no problem. We got to our hotel in about 40 minutes, which was fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone flying in!
