We take you to our own personal salmon catching areas. All along the drive to our fishing destination, you may have the opportunity to see Alaskan wildlife. Bear, moose, foxes, coyote, lynx, owls and eagles. Beautiful mountains and rivers. And on one of our destinations you will fish across from the Knik Glacier. When we take you out it is more of a family friendly experience. We travel in a 4x4 Mercedes sprinter van and there will be a bbq on board for fresh grilled salmon. You are welcome to bring your own lunch and snacks but we always carry water on board.

Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this fishing trip?

A: There's no strict age limit, but they recommend kids be at least 6 years old to really enjoy the experience. The guide is super family-friendly, so they'll cater to younger kids too. Just make sure they can handle being in the boat and have a good time!

Q: What should I wear for the fishing trip?

A: Definitely dress in layers! The weather can change quickly in Alaska. They provide hip boots, but wear a good base layer and some waterproof gear just in case. Don't forget a hat and sunglasses too, especially if you're fishing near the glacier!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?

A: The guides are pretty flexible with rescheduling if the weather's not great. They'll keep you updated, and if it's unsafe to go out, they'll work to find another day that works for you. Make sure to check the forecast and stay in touch with them!

Just booked the Alaskan Salmon Fishing Experience!

Hey everyone! I just bought this 8-hour fishing trip for my dad's birthday. I’m super excited! He loves fishing and the chance to see wildlife along the way sounds amazing. Plus, there’s gonna be grilled salmon? Yum! Just wondering if anyone has tips on what else to bring besides snacks?

Has anyone done the Salmon Fishing trip yet?

I'm thinking about getting this experience as a gift for my brother, but I want to be sure it's worth it. How was the fishing? Did you really see any wildlife? I’m curious about the food too—how's the BBQ?
