Q&A
A: There aren't any age restrictions for the food tour, but keep in mind that it's an adult-focused experience given the alcohol tastings. If you're bringing kids, they just won't partake in the drinks. It's a great way for families to discover Portland's food scene together!
A: Comfort is key! Wear good walking shoes since you’ll be on your feet for about 3 hours. The weather can be unpredictable in Portland, so layers are a smart idea. A light jacket and breathable clothes work best. Don't forget an umbrella just in case!
A: They are super flexible! Just make sure to mention any dietary restrictions, like vegan or gluten-free, when you purchase the ticket. They’ll arrange alternative food options so everyone can enjoy the tastings. I went with a vegan friend, and she had plenty of delicious options!

Just did the Alberta Arts District Food Tour! What a gem!
OMG, I just got back from the Alberta Arts District Food Tour and wow, it was such an experience! We walked about 1.5 miles but didn’t even notice because the food stops were amazing. We tried artisan cocktails, some unique food carts, and the guide was super knowledgeable about the history and street art. Totally worth it for anyone who loves exploring new neighborhoods. Highly recommend it as a gift too!
Considering the Alberta Arts District Food Tour as a gift!
Thinking about getting the Alberta Arts District Food Tour for my foodie friend’s birthday. Has anyone done it recently? I love that it's in such a cool area of Portland, and it seems like a fun way to spend an afternoon. Any tips on whether it's worth the price? What’s the vibe like?
