Q&A
A: Yes, you can reschedule your Muir Woods experience, but it's best to contact the provider as soon as possible. They generally allow changes depending on availability, but keep in mind that changes might incur a small fee. Just make sure to reach out well in advance of your assigned time.
A: Muir Woods can be a bit chilly, especially in the morning. I'd recommend layering up! A light jacket and comfortable shoes are a must since you'll be walking on trails. Check the weather before your trip, too, as it can rain unexpectedly.
A: Yes, this experience is suitable for kids! There are no strict age limits, but do consider their stamina since the hike involves walking among the redwoods. It can be a fun educational trip for children to learn about nature and history. Just keep an eye on them near the edges of trails.

Considering the Muir Woods trip as a gift, any thoughts?
I’m thinking about getting the Pier Woods Brunch Bunch package for my sister’s birthday. I love that it includes brunch and the ferry ride! Has anyone done this? How was the food in Sausalito? Also, is 90 minutes enough time in Muir Woods?
Just did the Muir Woods experience, and it was breathtaking!
I just got back from the Muir Woods trip with the Pier Woods Super Saver option. The redwoods are HUGE! The shuttle was punctual, and I loved spending time among the trees. It’s such a peaceful escape from the city. Plus, I caught the early bus and had a quiet morning in the woods before it got busy. Totally recommend it!
