Q&A
A: Yes, you can reschedule. The provider is pretty accommodating with weather-related cancellations, so just reach out to them as soon as you know. They’ll help you find another available date! Just keep in mind that it can get full quickly, especially in peak season.
A: This experience is great for kids 8 and up! They’ll love seeing Alcatraz and the giant redwoods. Just be aware that it can be a long day, so younger kids might get restless. Also, there’s some walking involved, so make sure they’re ready for that!
A: Yes, there’s parking near Pier 33 where the Alcatraz ferry departs. Just be prepared to pay for it, and it can fill up fast on weekends. I’d recommend arriving early if you’re driving!

Just got back from the Alcatraz Night Tour & Muir Woods!
OMG, this tour was amazing! We did the afternoon trip to Muir Woods first, and the redwoods were breathtaking. Then we headed to Alcatraz, and the evening vibe was so different and eerie, but in a cool way. The audio tour was super engaging. If you love history, you have to do this! Totally worth the price.
Gift Ideas for my parents - Alcatraz & Muir Woods?
Hey everyone! I’m thinking about getting my parents this Alcatraz Night Tour plus Muir Woods experience for their anniversary. I know they love the outdoors and history. Is it worth it? What’s the best part of the tour?
