Q&A
A: Unfortunately, the booking policy states that you must book at least 96 hours in advance, and all reservations are non-refundable. This means if your plans change after booking, you won't be able to reschedule or get a refund. Just make sure to confirm your schedule before booking!
A: Layering is key! San Francisco can be pretty chilly, especially near the water. I'd recommend wearing a light jacket and comfortable shoes since you'll be walking a bit on Alcatraz. Don't forget your sunglasses and sunscreen too, even if it looks cloudy!
A: Yes, this combo is great for kids! As long as they're 3 and up, they can join. They might love the Tuk Tuk ride, and the audio tour at Alcatraz has some engaging content for younger audiences. Just make sure to let them know it's a historical spot to set their expectations.

Just booked the Alcatraz plus Tuk Tuk combo for my family! Any tips?
We’re so excited! I got the 3-hour city tour for us starting at 9 AM, then we’ll head to Alcatraz. I heard parking around Fisherman’s Wharf can be a pain. Any advice on that? Also, how long should we plan for Alcatraz? I want to make sure we don’t miss the ferry back!
Had the best time on the Tuk Tuk tour and Alcatraz!
We just did this experience last week and wow, it was amazing! Our guide was super fun and showed us some hidden gems. The audio tour at Alcatraz was so interesting, and I even took a ton of photos at the Instagram spots! Highly recommend if you’re in SF.
