Note: The Maid of the Mist closes from early November to mid April. During the season when the Boat is closed we replace this tour with our Autumn/Winter Tour with Winery. It includes the Cave of the Winds Gorge Walk, a Wine Tasting with appetizer (1 per 2 customers) a bakery stop, and the Niagara Observation Tower.

Q: Is the Maid of the Mist really worth it? I’m thinking of getting this for my parents.

A: Absolutely! The Maid of the Mist is such a unique experience. You get so close to the falls and the views are breathtaking. Plus, you get the iconic blue poncho! If they’re going during the off-season, the wine tour with the Cave of the Winds is also a nice alternative, just different vibes.

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day we want to go? Can we reschedule?

A: Good question! If the weather is really bad, the tour company usually allows for rescheduling. Just make sure to contact them as soon as possible to get a new date. They’re pretty flexible as long as they have availability.

Q: Are there age limits for kids on this tour? My niece is 8.

A: No age limits! Kids love this tour, especially the Maid of the Mist ride. Just be prepared for some wetness! They usually provide ponchos, but you might want to bring an extra set of clothes just in case.

Just did the Niagara Falls tour—amazing experience!

I just came back from the All Attractions tour and wow, it was incredible! The Maid of the Mist gives you the best view of the falls, and the Cave of the Winds was super cool—literally! Make sure to wear shoes you don’t mind getting wet. The wine tasting was a nice surprise too! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun day.
