Q&A
A: The cruise is designed for a maximum of 6 people and is more geared towards adults, especially for romantic outings or special occasions. However, kids are welcome if they're accompanied by adults. Just keep in mind it may not be super kid-friendly in terms of activities on board. It's best to check directly with Alpenglow Boat Company for any specific requests!
A: Definitely check the weather, but generally, layers are your best bet. Mornings can be chilly, but it warms up, especially during the day. I'd recommend a light jacket or sweater for the early morning or evening cruises. Flip-flops or boat shoes are great for footwear. Just avoid anything too fancy since it’s a boat, after all!
A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather isn’t cooperating! Alpenglow Boat Company is really good about working with customers to find a better date. Just make sure to give them some notice, especially during the busy summer months. They’ll keep you updated on any weather conditions that might affect your trip too.

Just booked the Private Lake Tahoe Day Cruise – any tips?
Hey everyone! I just booked the 3-hour private cruise on the Radiance for my partner's birthday next summer. I'm super excited! We're thinking of going during the morning to catch that alpenglow light. Any tips on what to bring or how to make it special? Also, do we need to worry about parking near the dock?
Who else loves cruising on Lake Tahoe?
Just came back from the Alpenglow Private Lake Tahoe Day Cruise on the Radiance. It was incredible! The vintage vibe of the boat makes it feel like a movie. We went in the evening for the sunset and it was breathtaking. Perfect for a romantic date! I totally recommend it for any special occasion. Can't wait to go again next year!
