Q&A
A: You just need to let them know your dietary restrictions when you buy your tickets. They can accommodate a lot of different needs, like vegan, gluten-free, and even allergies. Just make sure to send those details in advance, so you won't miss out on any of the tastings!
A: I'd recommend wearing comfortable shoes since you'll be walking for about 1.5 miles. Portland’s weather can be unpredictable, so layers are a good idea. If it looks like rain, definitely bring a light jacket or an umbrella!
A: Kids are welcome on the tour! Just note that if they want to try the alcoholic beverages, you’ll have to check with the guidelines. It's a fun way to explore food as a family. Just be sure to keep an eye on the little ones while walking!

Just got back from the Alphabet District Food Tour - what an experience!
I took the Alphabet District Food Tour last weekend, and it was amazing! We walked a little over a mile and hit up some fantastic local spots. The guide was super knowledgable about the area’s history, which made the food even tastier. We tried local pizza, artisan cocktails, and even a food cart which had the best tacos! I can't recommend it enough as a gift idea, especially for foodies. Can't wait to do it again!
Thinking about gifting the food tour, but have concerns!
Hey everyone! I’m considering getting the Alphabet District Food Tour for my parents. They love trying new foods but are kinda picky. Has anyone had experience with dietary restrictions? Also, are there a lot of stairs or uneven pavement? They’re in their 60s, so I want to make sure they’re comfortable!
