Q&A
A: Definitely wear layers! Mornings can be a bit cooler, but it warms up fast, especially in the desert. I'd recommend breathable workout clothes and good hiking shoes. Also, don't forget a hat and sunscreen since it's sunny out there! A water bottle is a must, too.
A: No age limit! The experience is great for all ages, just keep in mind that younger kids might need extra supervision. It's friendly for beginners, so it's a good fit for families too. Just make sure everyone can handle some light hiking.
A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, they usually reschedule to a later date. Just keep an eye on the forecast the week before. If it’s just light rain, sometimes they still go on with the yoga part, but definitely check in with April if it’s looking sketchy.

Just did the hiking & yoga at Papago Park - Here’s my recap!
So I recently went to the Amazing 2-Hour Guided Hiking & Yoga at Papago Park and it was awesome! The hike was manageable, great trails with stunning views, and April made everyone feel super comfortable during the yoga session at the end. I loved doing yoga with the desert backdrop! It’s perfect for both beginners and more experienced folks. Highly recommend it as a gift or just for yourself!
Thinking about gifting the hiking & yoga experience, but unsure!
I'm considering this as a gift for my sister who loves the outdoors but has never tried yoga. Do you think she would enjoy it? Also, how challenging is the hike? I don’t want it to be too tough for her.
